Hello, My name is Yin Thong, owner of Bambú and welcome to my restaurant. I grew up in a small village in Vietnam with the rich tastes and flavors from my ancestors cooking. As a young woman, I was fortunate enough to travel to Hong Kong and experience the taste of Chinese food far beyond my own imagination. Sixteen years later, from the time I first arrived to the United States, it had been my life-? Long Dream and vision to one day bring back those childhood flavors from my homeland and share with you these tastes and flavors experienced from my homeland and travels. We have created a fusion of traditional dishes with progressive tastes, and have successfully elevated common fare to a meal thats worth sharing. Although these menu items may seem familiar, I believe you will find a difference in taste, quality and freshness!
